2020 was nothing short of an eventful year in every way. We saw uncertainty in the market in March and April, followed by a surge in demand that’s continued to this day. I have some shocking statistics to share with you: At this time last year, there were 4,271 homes on the market, and the average days on market was 34 days. Right now, we have just 2,270 homes on the market, and the average days on market is 29 days.
